Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pics, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Pics is an all-in-one photo editor and collage maker that allows users to:

• Edit photos with 50+ premium filters and fine-tuning adjustment tools
• Use AI-powered tools for one-tap enhancement, portrait retouching, and background removal
• Create collages with 100+ grid layouts, adjustable borders, and custom backgrounds
• Add stickers, custom text with fonts, and freehand drawings
• Resize, crop, rotate, and reframe photos using the canvas tool
• Auto-save projects and resume editing at any time
• Export in highest quality and share directly to social platforms

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App; reverse engineer or decompile it; rent, lease, or sublicense it; use it for any unlawful purpose; or remove any proprietary notices.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Pics offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ('Pics PRO') that unlocks all premium features including AI tools, all filters, stickers, patterns, and highest export quality.

• The subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless turned off at least 24 hours before.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore previous purchases using 'Restore Purchases' in Settings.

User-Generated Content

All photos, edits, collages, and creative content you produce using Pics remain your property. We claim no ownership or rights over your creations. All content is stored locally on your device — we do not upload, store, or have access to your work on any server. When you export or share your content, you are responsible for how it is used once it leaves the App.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, filters, LUT effects, sticker packs, patterns, templates, icons, and user interface, is the intellectual property of JP Studio and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Premium content provided within the App may be used in your personal creations but may not be extracted, redistributed, or sold separately.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JP Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of photos, projects, or edits — arising from your use of or inability to use the App. We recommend regularly exporting important work to your Photo Library as a backup.

Updates, Termination & Governing Law

We may update the App to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance, and reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. These Terms are governed by applicable law and are between you and JP Studio only — not Apple.
