Acceptance & Description of Service

By downloading, installing, or using PostCard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. PostCard is a social drawing app that lets you create hand-drawn postcards and send them to friends. The app includes features such as drawing tools, stickers, friend connections, delivery animations, streaks, and an optional paid subscription.

Your Account

Your PostCard account is linked to your Apple ID through iCloud. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID. You must be at least 13 years old to use PostCard.

User Content

You retain ownership of all postcards and drawings you create. By sending a postcard, you grant the recipient the right to view and save it within the app. You agree not to create or send content that is:

• Illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Sexually explicit or obscene
• Hateful or discriminatory
• Infringing on others' intellectual property

Daily Sending Limit

PostCard limits you to one postcard per friend per day. This is a core part of the experience and is not a technical limitation. The limit encourages thoughtful, meaningful exchanges.

Subscriptions

PostCard Gold is an optional subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through Apple and are subject to Apple's subscription terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

Streaks

Streaks track consecutive days of mutual postcard exchanges between friends. Streaks are calculated automatically and may reset if both friends do not exchange postcards within a calendar day. Streaks are provided for fun and do not carry monetary value.

Service Availability

PostCard relies on Apple's iCloud and CloudKit services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app stores postcards locally so you can access your gallery offline, but sending and receiving requires an internet connection.

Termination

You may stop using PostCard at any time and delete your account from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our content guidelines.

Limitation of Liability

PostCard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any lost data, missed deliveries, broken streaks, or other damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for PostCard Gold in the past 12 months.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PostCard after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will indicate updates by changing the 'Last updated' date.
