Agreement
These terms apply to the Numbly app for iOS and iPadOS, made by JP Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Numbly you agree to them. If you got Numbly from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
What Numbly Is
Numbly is a math practice game for children. It is an educational aid, not a substitute for schooling, and we make no promises about specific learning outcomes.
Your License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Numbly on Apple devices that you own or control, for private, non-commercial use, in line with the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the app or its artwork, sounds, or code.
Parents and Children
Numbly is intended to be used by children under adult supervision. The Parent Zone (settings and purchases) is protected by a parental gate meant for grown-ups; parents are responsible for keeping gate answers from their children and for supervising device use.
Purchases
Numbly offers one optional one-time in-app purchase ("Numbly Premium") that permanently unlocks additional content on your Apple account, including via Family Sharing where enabled. Payment, receipts, and refunds are handled entirely by Apple under App Store terms — we cannot issue refunds directly; request them at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Use "Restore Purchases" in the Parent Zone to recover Premium on a new or reinstalled device at no charge.
Progress and Data
Game progress is stored only on your device (see our Privacy Policy). Deleting the app deletes progress, and we cannot recover it. The Premium purchase itself is tied to your Apple account and can always be restored.
Availability and Changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features of Numbly over time. We aim never to remove content you have paid for; if Numbly were ever discontinued, existing installs would keep working but updates and support would end.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Numbly is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including in respect of consumers' statutory rights.
Changes to These Terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date above. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
