Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Magic Draw, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use this App, you accept these Terms on their behalf and are responsible for their use of the App.

Description of Service

Magic Draw is a creative drawing and coloring application that allows users to:

• Create digital drawings using various brush tools (pen, pencil, marker, highlighter, and premium brushes)
• Color pre-made templates using flood fill and drawing tools
• Add text and emoji stickers to artwork
• Work with multiple layers
• Export and share artwork as images
• Play back the drawing creation process

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App; reverse engineer or decompile it; rent, lease, or sublicense it; use it for any unlawful purpose; or remove any proprietary notices.

In-App Purchases

Magic Draw offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ('Magic Draw Pro') that unlocks premium features including advanced brush tools, unlimited drawing creation, multiple layer support, transparent PNG export, and premium coloring templates. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not directly process or store any payment information. Refund requests must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you reinstall the App or switch devices, you can restore previous purchases at no cost using 'Restore Purchases' in Settings.

User-Generated Content

All drawings, artwork, and creative content you produce using Magic Draw remain your property. We claim no ownership or rights over your creations. All content is stored locally on your device — we do not upload, store, or have access to your artwork on any server. When you export or share your artwork, you are responsible for how that content is used once it leaves the App.

Children's Use

Magic Draw is designed to be appropriate and safe for children. The App contains no advertisements, does not collect personal information, and has no social features or communication with other users. A parental gate restricts access to sensitive actions (purchases, settings, deleting content, external links) and is enabled by default. Parents and guardians are responsible for managing in-app purchase settings on the device and supervising their children's use of the App.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, coloring templates, icons, brush effects, and user interface, is the intellectual property of JP Studio and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Coloring templates may be colored and exported for personal use but may not be redistributed or sold. The App uses system-provided emoji and SF Symbols, which are the property of Apple Inc.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JP Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, artwork, or drawings — arising from your use of or inability to use the App. We recommend regularly exporting important artwork to your device's photo library as a backup.

Updates, Termination & Governing Law

We may update the App to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance, and reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. These Terms are governed by applicable law and are between you and JP Studio only — not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
