Information We Collect
Magic Draw does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information from its users, including children under 13. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or any other personally identifiable information. We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. All data created within Magic Draw — including drawings, artwork, layers, stickers, coloring page progress, and app preferences — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and UserDefaults. This data is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
In-App Purchases
Magic Draw offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ('Magic Draw Pro') that unlocks premium features. This purchase is processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit framework. We do not process or store any payment information. All payment transactions are handled by Apple. We store only a local flag on your device indicating whether premium features are unlocked — no purchase receipts or financial data are stored by the App.
Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Magic Draw is designed to be safe for children of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The App contains no advertisements of any kind and no social features such as chat, messaging, or multiplayer. Links to external websites (Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Support) are protected behind a parental gate that requires solving a math problem to access. The App includes a parental gate system that protects sensitive actions including accessing settings, making in-app purchases, deleting drawings, and opening external links.
Third-Party Services
Magic Draw uses only Apple system services: Apple StoreKit for in-app purchase processing (transaction data handled by Apple), Apple Photos optionally when you choose to export/save your artwork, and Apple's Haptic Engine for tactile feedback during drawing. We do not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, or social media platforms.
Data Security & Retention
Since all data remains on your device and is never transmitted, your drawings and preferences are protected by your device's built-in security features, including device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. You can delete individual drawings from within the App at any time. Uninstalling the App will permanently remove all associated data from your device. We do not retain any data on external servers.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this document. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
