Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Graphic Editor ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Graphic Editor is a photo editing application that provides tools including cropping, filters, color adjustments, text overlays, stickers, shapes, drawing brushes, and AI-powered features (Background Removal, Auto-Enhance, Portrait Retouch, Object Eraser). All processing is performed on your device.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscription plans: Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly (best value). Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Subscription prices may change from time to time. You will be notified of any price changes in advance through the App Store.

User Content

You retain all rights to the photos you edit using the App. We do not claim any ownership or license over content you create or modify. Your photos are never uploaded to any server.

Intellectual Property

The App and all associated content — including design, graphics, stickers, shapes, fonts, icons, and source code — are the intellectual property of JP Studio and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the App or its content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any subscription or premium feature restrictions
• Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the App or any of its content
• Use the App to create content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others

Device Requirements & Disclaimers

The App requires iOS 16.6 or later. Certain features may require specific device capabilities. We cannot guarantee full functionality on all supported devices. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JP Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Termination & Changes

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App. We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the developer, without regard to conflict of law principles.
