What the App Collects
Glow Paint ("the app") is published by Sinba Labs ("we", "us") and collects nothing. No accounts, no names, no email addresses, no photos, no location, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind — from anyone, and especially not from children. The app has no sign-up, no account, and no analytics or advertising code. We do not collect, store, sell, or share personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The app's App Store privacy label is "Data Not Collected".
What Stays on Your Device
Your child's artwork, the pages they have coloured, and the one setting (sounds on/off) are saved only on your device, inside the app's own storage. They are never uploaded to us — we could not look at them if we wanted to. Deleting the app deletes them.
When the App Uses the Internet
The app works fully offline. It goes online for exactly two things. First, new colouring pages: the app periodically downloads its catalogue of line-art pages from our content server — an ordinary download, like loading a picture on a website, carrying no account, no identifier, and nothing about your child; as with any internet request, our hosting provider may briefly record the device's IP address in routine server logs, which we do not use to identify anyone. Second, purchases: the one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple through your Apple Account, so we never see your payment details, and Apple's own privacy policy governs the transaction (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/).
Sharing Artwork
A grown-up can share a drawing — for example, send it to a grandparent — using the standard iOS share sheet. Sharing sits behind a parental gate, and the destination is chosen by you. The artwork goes directly from your device to the app or person you pick; it never passes through us.
Children's Privacy (COPPA, GDPR & Apple Kids Category)
The app is made for children aged 2–6 and is designed to meet Apple's Kids Category rules, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and the GDPR's protections for children. Our approach is the simplest one possible: we collect no personal information from children — or from anyone else. The app contains no third-party advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and it never asks for App Tracking Transparency permission because there is nothing to track. Purchases and all links out of the app sit behind a parental gate that requires an adult to answer a multiplication question.
Your Rights & Changes to This Policy
Because we hold no data about you or your child, there is nothing for us to hand over, correct, or erase — everything lives on your device, under your control. If the app's behaviour ever changes in a way that affects privacy, we will update this policy and change the effective date above before the change ships.
