Agreement

By downloading or using Flowmodoro, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Flowmodoro is a focus and productivity timer offering classic Pomodoro cycles and open-ended Flow sessions, with subject and task tracking, Live Activities, and home and lock screen widgets. All data is stored locally on your device.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Flowmodoro offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ('Flowmodoro Premium') that unlocks extended focus history (including a 30-day heatmap and lifetime totals), additional color themes, lock-screen widget variants, and unlimited subjects.

• The subscription auto-renews at the end of each billing period unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
• Refund requests must be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore previous purchases using 'Restore Purchases'.

User Content

Any data you enter into the app (subjects, tasks, and session notes) is your content. You retain full ownership. We do not access, collect, or claim any rights to your content.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any subscription or premium feature restrictions
• Redistribute or resell the app or any part of it

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Modifications, Termination & Governing Law

We may update or discontinue the app at any time without notice, and may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the developer, without regard to conflict of law principles. This app also falls under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
