Data Collection
Flowmodoro does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All of your focus sessions, subjects, tasks, streaks, and settings are stored exclusively on your device. This information never leaves your device and is not shared with anyone.
Analytics & Tracking
Flowmodoro contains no analytics, tracking, or advertising frameworks of any kind. We do not collect usage data, device identifiers, or behavioral data. There are no ads in the app.
Notifications, Live Activities & Focus Modes
Flowmodoro uses local notifications and Live Activities to show your timer on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island, and can pair with iOS Focus modes so your phone goes quiet while you work. These are scheduled and delivered entirely by your device; no notification or activity data is sent to any server.
In-App Purchases
Flowmodoro offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ('Flowmodoro Premium') that unlocks extended focus history, additional color themes, lock-screen widget variants, and unlimited subjects. This purchase is processed entirely through Apple's App Store and StoreKit framework. We do not process or store any payment information; all transactions are handled by Apple.
Third-Party Services
Flowmodoro does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising services. The app uses only Apple system frameworks (SwiftUI, StoreKit, WidgetKit, ActivityKit, and UserNotifications). No user data is shared with any third party.
Data Storage, Security & Children's Privacy
All app data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's built-in security (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID). Deleting the app permanently removes all associated data. Flowmodoro does not require an account and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
