Acceptance & License
By downloading or using Money Manager, you agree to these terms. We grant you a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.
The App
Money Manager is a personal finance tracking tool. It is provided as-is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
Your Data
You own all data you enter into the app. We do not access, collect, or store your data on any server we operate. Data is stored locally and optionally in your private iCloud account.
In-App Purchases
The app offers optional consumable tip purchases ($0.99, $4.99, $9.99). These are voluntary contributions and do not unlock any features. All purchases are non-refundable and processed by Apple. For refunds, contact Apple Support.
Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, Money Manager is not a substitute for professional financial tools or advice. Budget calculations, daily limits, and subscription totals are estimates. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your financial data.
Availability & Limitation of Liability
We may update, modify, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Money Manager and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code in Money Manager are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.
Termination, Changes & Governing Law
These terms are effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you fail to comply. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the app. We may update these terms at any time — continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada.
