Data We Collect

None. Money Manager does not collect any personal information, usage data, analytics, or diagnostics. Everything stays on your device and in your private iCloud account.

Data You Create

The app stores data you enter locally on your device, including expenses (amounts, categories, notes, dates), subscriptions (names, costs, billing cycles), and settings (currency, monthly budget, notification preferences).

iCloud Sync

If iCloud is enabled, your data syncs through Apple's CloudKit in your private iCloud database. Only you can access it. We cannot read or retrieve your iCloud data. You can disable iCloud sync in your device's Settings.

Notifications & In-App Purchases

All notifications (renewal reminders, daily reminders) are local to your device — no data is sent to any server. Optional tip jar purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment or billing information.

Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

None. No analytics, advertising, tracking, or crash reporting. The only external services are Apple's CloudKit (iCloud sync) and StoreKit (in-app purchases). We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose any data to third parties.

Data Deletion & Children's Privacy

Use 'Reset All Data' in Settings to delete everything. Uninstalling removes all local data. Manage iCloud data through your device Settings. No data is collected from any user of any age. No account is required to use the app.
