Use of the App

By downloading or using CoSketch, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. CoSketch is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You may create, save, share, and export drawings using the app's features. You are responsible for the content you create. CoSketch does not require an account, registration, or login of any kind.

In-App Purchases

CoSketch offers an optional one-time Premium purchase that unlocks additional features. All purchases are final and processed through Apple's App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple. Pricing is determined by Apple based on your region.

Intellectual Property

The app, its design, code, and branding are owned by the developer. Drawings and content you create using the app belong to you. We claim no rights over your content.

Peer-to-Peer Sessions

When using collaborative features, drawing data is shared directly between connected devices over the local network. You are responsible for the content you share during collaborative sessions. Do not share content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app to create or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to interfere with the app's functionality or other users' sessions
• Redistribute or resell the app or any part of it

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

CoSketch is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, drawings, or content arising from the use of the app.

Termination & Changes

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the app. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or this page.

Governing Law & Apple EULA

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. This app also falls under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
