Data Collection & Storage
CoSketch does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. We do not require accounts, logins, email addresses, or any form of registration. All drawings are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to any server or cloud service. Drawings shared during collaborative sessions are transmitted directly between devices over the local network and are not stored on any intermediary server.
Network Communication
CoSketch uses Apple's Multipeer Connectivity framework to connect nearby devices over local WiFi and Bluetooth. No data is sent over the internet. All communication happens exclusively between devices on the same local network. Connections exist only while the room is active and end when you leave.
Analytics & Tracking
We do not use any analytics services, tracking tools, advertising SDKs, or third-party libraries that collect user data. There are no ads in the app.
In-App Purchases & Third-Party Services
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or any transaction details beyond what Apple provides to developers (anonymous aggregate data). CoSketch does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that collect or process user data.
Children's Privacy (COPPA)
CoSketch does not collect any data from any users, including children. The app is safe for all ages and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Data Retention, Your Rights & Policy Changes
Since we do not collect any data, there is nothing to retain. Drawings saved on your device remain under your control and can be deleted at any time from within the app. Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete from our end — all your content is stored locally and is fully under your control. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; any changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated revision date.
